The Building Department anticipates having 6 inspectors
available for this work; thus the inspection should be completed within 6
1 months of date of start.
? i The third priority area consists of the newer neighborhoods of the City along
ii Y 9
with certain older neighborhoods of substantial homes that have been we
I 11
maintained over the years. (see attached map) This area includes Neighbor-
I
hoods 8, 20, 21 , 30, 34, 35 and smaller portions of Neighborhoods 7, 10, 39
and 28. The Building Department estimates that two inspectors under the most
I1
favorable conditions could complete this inspection work in one year. Thus
by assigning 4 inspectors , this work can be accomplished in 6 months. The
l
need to assign only 4 inspectors to do this area will
relieve 2 inspectors
to begin the reinspectiQn cycle as warranted.
i
{ TIME SCHEDULE AND
CONDITION RATING
Condition Number of
Rat'ng Man Days
Housing Units Required for Inspection
1 10212 409
2 449 45
3 51
4 104 13
