With a full depth three lane pavement section, the CONSULTANT
anticipates that INDOT will require an alternate bid. Therefore, it will be
necessary to develop a pavement design for both o full depth concrete pavement
section and o full depth HMA pavement section. The CONSULTANT shall submit
documentation supporting a full depth concrete pavement section, in lieu of an
alternate bid, for INDOT's consideration.
VII. Revise Subsection II.C.3.f. Appendix "A" as follows:
f. The CONSULTANT shall complete Life Cycle Cost Analysis for Alternate bid
pavement, if required.
Vill. Add Subsection II.C.3.h.
