It is understood that the modified project would not require the acquisition of more than 0.5 acre of right of way, including temporary right of way. a. Perform field reconnaissance of the newly proposed construction limits to assess the potential for impacts upon social, economic and environmental resources. b. Perform coordination with INDOT Environmental Services' Cultural Resources Office (CRO) regarding the continued applicability of the Minor Projects Programmatic Agreement (MPPA). c. Prepare an updated MPPA submittal for review and approval by CRO. d. Conduct environmental studies to assess the impacts upon social, economic and environmental resources. e. Prepare a Draft At and submit to INDOT Environmental Services for review and comment. f. Revise the Draft Al per INDOT Environmental Services' comments, and submit the Final Al for INDOT approval. g. Prepare copies of the Al for distribution per INDOT guidelines for distribution of approved NEPA documents. h. Update the environmental commitments database spreadsheet, as appropriate, and send to the iNDOT Project Manager. L The above described environmental compliance services numbered shall be performed in accordance with INDOT/FHWA-IN guidance documents including the Procedural Manual for Preparing Environmental Documents (20081, the INDOT Categorical Exclusion Manual (2013), the INDOT cultural Resources manual (2014 and other guidance and/or procedures issued by INDOT and FHWA. The analysis was based on not acquiring any additional right of way for the project. This required an analysis of the existing cross sections to determine the limits and approximate height of retaining walls required to eliminate impacts to the adjacent properties. 2. Adding an 8 foot sidewalk along one side of the roadway crossing from east to west at the intersection of Bendix Drive with Sugar Maple Lane.
