NAMCS Prepared for: The City of South Bend, IN Proposal The license structure inserted in the price table below is based on using the Route Planner user -interface installation. Regarding the below licenses and estimates please note the following: • The licenses are for up to 14 Routes. AMCS will blend the licenses to account for the variation between Summer & Winter truck schedules the current truck routes. Le.: o The responsibility for South Bend is to secure that the specific order/service location is geocoded correctly o That the possible missing roads are to be manually defined within the software by South Bend users The ability to move customer and route data to and from Route Planner through file import/export will be available as part of the 7.4 Release of ELEMOS. Once the project rollout is complete, as outlined, AMCS Support will upon request from South Bend load optimized routes from Route Planner into ELEMOS once a week. This will continue until either a suitable workaround is made available or the file import/export feature is released in version 7.4 of ELEMOS.
