PWIDWM MR mum Mpr9PIMM <br />6. Provide utility coordination and mapping for design purposes. Utility mapping will be based <br />upon information obtained from utility Owners. <br />a. Contact all Utilities that are anticipated to be located within the project corridor to: <br />1) Notify the Utilities of the proposed project improvements. <br />2) Request utility maps from each Utility showing their facilities that may be located <br />within the project location. <br />3) Evaluate utility maps to verify there are no apparent conflicts with the grinding of <br />existing stumps, tree removal and/or planting of new trees within the tree lawn. <br />4) Coordinate with the Utilities as required to plant remove trees, stumps the plant new <br />trees along the corridor. <br />7. Schedule and hold a kick-off meeting with the Owner. <br />8. Advise Owner if additional reports, data, information, or services of the types described in <br />Exhibit B are necessary and assist Owner in obtaining such reports, data, information, or <br />services. <br />9. Based on the information contained in the Preliminary Design Phase documents, prepare a <br />revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and assist Owner in collating the various cost <br />categories which comprise Total Project Costs. <br />10. Per -form or provide the following additional Preliminafy Design Phase tasks or deliver-ables: <br />11. Furnish (3) 11"x17", (1) full size, and (1) electronic review copies of the Preliminary Design <br />Phase documents and opinion of probable construction costs to Owner within 45 calendar <br />days of authorization to proceed with this phase, and review them with Owner. Within 7 <br />calendar days of receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the <br />Preliminary Design Phase documents and any other deliverables. <br />12. Revise the Preliminary Design Phase documents and any other deliverables in response to <br />Owner's comments, as appropriate. Copies of the revised Preliminary Design Phase <br />documents, and revised opinion of probable Construction Cost shall be submitted to the Owner <br />with the final plans submittal. <br />B.
