AL03 Public Involvement Phase <br />A. The Engineer shall assist the Owner in holding up to three (3) informal Public Information <br />Meeting. The Engineer shall provide the following services, as required, for the meeting: <br />1. Prepare meeting materials for the meeting, including displays and handouts. <br />2. Prepare a strip map, as required. <br />3. Prepare a Power Point presentation to present at the meeting, as required. <br />4. Attend the meeting to facilitate the meeting, present the project and answer questions from the <br />public concerning the project. <br />AL04 Final Design Phase — 90% <br />A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of <br />probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and any other <br />deliverables subject to any Owner -directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, <br />character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, <br />Engineer shall: <br />1. Develop spot elevations and detail curb ramps for the following intersection quadrant <br />locations: <br />a. Four (4) quadrants at intersection of Colfax Avenue with Elm Street, two (2) quadrants on <br />the north side of Colfax Avenue with W. Lasalle Avenue (Sommers Court), and two (2) <br />quadrants on the north side of Elm Street with Washington Street. <br />b. Two (2) quadrants on the south side of the intersection of Colfax Avenue with Studebaker <br />Street. <br />2. Prepare final Drawings and Specifications indicating the scope, extent, and character of the <br />Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. <br />3. Prepare and submit the application and back-up documentation for the following permits, as <br />required: <br />a. Engineer shall prepare and submit an IDEM Rule 5 Erosion Control Permit. Engineer shall <br />monitor the approval process and provide customary additional information that may be <br />required to secure the permit. <br />4.
