Dame Stephen Center. <br />Permission granted. <br />SPECIAL POLICE BONDS <br />A filing- of a Special Police Bond for Jack Eugene Inks was approved 2 <br />ordered placed on file <br />A renewal of a Special Police Bond for Marie VanKirk, an employee of <br />Gilberts Store, was approved and ordered placed on file. <br />AUXILIARY POLICE SCHOOL PATROL APPLICATION <br />An application from Theresa Josephine Deka for Police Auxiliary School <br />Patrol was accepted and ordered placedonfile. <br />Comes now Mr. Eugene Radecki, Superintendent of the.Eleetrical Department, <br />and requests the Board to hold up all street light peti-tims to allow for <br />time for examination of the budget for such installations. <br />Permission granted. <br />SPEET r.TG� OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />REPORT• TRAFFIC ENGINEER ( WS KEKKO - LOADING ZONE ) <br />At the direet,,i-on of the Board, the Traffic Engineer submitted a report with <br />reference to a request from Mrs. Ater Kekko for a loading zone in front of <br />219'N. Michigan Street, a restaurant owned by Mrs. Kekko. <br />Mr, Hazinski stated that this matter had been discussed with Captain Bussert <br />of the Police Traffic Division and as a result he recommended"to_Capt .l)issert <br />that trucks making deliveries be permitted to load and unload at the rear <br />entrance as in the past. He agreed to do this and Mrs. Kekko was so <br />informed. <br />The Board, following the report of Mr. Hazinski,approved the above solution <br />to the problem. <br />PETITION: STREET LIGHTS ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT ) <br />A Petition from of Sancome Avenue and VanBuren Street was submitted to the <br />Board requesting a street light at corner of VanBuren and Sancome Avenue. <br />The Petition was accepted but no action will be taken pending information <br />from Mr. Eugene Radecki of the Electrical Department concerning the budget <br />in accordance with his request. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT• HOUSE MOVE ( LINCOLNWAY WEST TO OLIVE ) <br />Comes now a representative of the Building Department and requests permission <br />to move a house from 2305 Lincolnway Nest to 1309 N. Olive Street. The <br />owner of the house is George Bernath and the mover is Irv. Warden. <br />A list of property owners affected by such a move was submitted to the Board- <br />and the Board was advised that notices of the proposed house move had been <br />sent to them and signed and made a part of the moving application. <br />This list was accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />
