Street light on North Falcon, z block north of W. Washington <br />2. Street light on corner of W. Washington and Kentucky St. <br />3. Street light on corner of W. Washington and Liberty St. <br />The above Petitions were submitted by James J. Badowski, 325 S. Falcon St. <br />4. Street light Petition for light at junction of the alley running <br />north and south between Eddy and Arthur Streets on Campeau Street. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT ( HOUSE MOVE ) <br />Comes now Mr. Forrest West, Building Commissioner, and requests permission <br />to move a house from 716 Osborne Street to 219 S. Logan Street. The owner <br />of the house if J.-H. Mitschelen. <br />The Board, having been advised that Mr. James A. Dowdy, 211 S. Logan Street, <br />having been nodtified of such an intended move, and also of the date of <br />this hearing; and further, the Board having been advised that all other <br />regulations required for such a house move having been met, and since <br />Mr.Dowdy did not appear at this hearing, it is the decision of the Board <br />that such a move be approved. <br />REQUEST: ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY ( BARANY SHEET METAL WORKS <br />Comes now Mr. Forrest West, Building"Commissioner,"and submits a request <br />from E. J. Barany, doing business as Barany Sheet Metal Works, to encroach <br />upon a public sidewalk li inches in order to do brick work on his building, <br />located at 1609 S. Main Street. <br />Permission is hereby <br />granted by the Board for such an encroachment, <br />conditioned upon E. J. Barany, doing business as J--. J. Barany Sheet <br />Metal Works, his successors and assigns bf said Company to maintain <br />public liability and property damage "insurance for "$150,000 to $500,000 <br />accident and $50,000 pr-operty -damage; and further, conditioned on full <br />
