17 <br />in the sum of $100,000 and aggregate accident $3009000 and <br />personal property damage $250000. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION <br />Comes now J. Chester Allen, representing Ruzenbell White , owners <br />of property located at 108- 1081 N. St. Louis Boulevard and requests <br />an extension of 90 days in order to allow- owners to complete <br />remodeling.. <br />Upon the recommendation of J. Chester AlleTi, extension granted and <br />case continued until August 12, 1963. <br />Comes now Mr. Peter Nemeth and Louis Molnar, Fee Simple Owner and <br />having heard the presentation of the above case, concurs With the <br />request as outlined by J. Chester Allen. <br />With reference to property located at 228 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, <br />comes now Mrs,C. Stewart, owner, who states that the has contacted <br />an individual to complete the repairs necessary to bring property <br />up to standard. <br />Hearing continued for one week to give owner sufficient time to <br />ascertain whether repairs can be made so that property will be <br />up to standard. <br />With reference to property owned by Jewell Williams and located at <br />617 Neddo Court, this hearing is continued for one week. Sub -Standard, <br />Division representatives ditected:to send registered letter to <br />parties of interest. <br />Permission was given to Sub -Standard Division to advertise for bids <br />for demolition for property located at 1307 W. Jefferson Boulevard. <br />BIDS FOR DEMOLITION:_SUB-sSTANDARD DIVISION <br />The following bids were received for the demolition of the properties <br />described below: <br />126 N. St.Louis Boulevard <br />B_& 0 Buildinq & Wrecking Co. <br />$325.00 with salvage <br />$425.00 without salvage <br />A & J Demolition Co_ <br />$350.00 with salvage <br />$380.00 without salvage <br />After due examination, the bid was awarded to B & 0 Building & Wrecking <br />Company for 11325.00, with salvage. <br />2123 Merry Avenue <br />B & 0 Building &-Wrecking Co_ <br />$275.00 with salvage <br />$375.00 without salvage <br />A & J. Demolition Co. <br />$275.00 with salvage <br />$305.00 without salvage <br />
