51 <br />sold under land contract was returned to him and is presently occupied <br />by Mr. Charles Taylor. <br />After hearing Mr. Summers, the Board granted a 30 day continuance <br />and requested Mr. Liszewski to contact the Department of Public Welfare <br />and attempt to get the family now occupying the house relocated and <br />also to post property as sub -standard. <br />With reference to property located at 133 E. Ohio Street, owned by <br />Mrs. -Minnie Kallies, Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that Mr. R. W. <br />Goheen had contacted him±ion this date and requested a continuance <br />until October 1), 1965 to allow sufficient time to complate the sale <br />of this property. <br />Permission granted. -Mr. Liszewski was directed to post house as <br />sub -standard. <br />CS3 Mr. Liszewski reque.Sted permission to post property located at 615 <br />00 E Ohio Street, owned by Mrs. Wm. M. Taylor, as sub -standard. The <br />premises is now bccupied. <br />U <br />Permission granted. <br />With reference to property located at 105-107 O'Brien Street, owned <br />by. Mr. James Crawford, Mr. Liszewski was granted permission to post <br />property as sub -standard. A 30 day extension on demolition was <br />granted. At the espiration of the 30 day period, Mr. Liszewski <br />will request bids for demolition. <br />Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that Mr. George Blair, owner of <br />property located at 2012-201 E. Keasey, had the abstract and deed <br />on this property and will now proceed with repairs as promised. <br />Mr. Liszewski request permission to post property located at 522:. <br />E. Keasey, owned by Clarence and Elizabeth Fair, as a sub -standard <br />dwelling. Permission granted, since no response had been received <br />to letter sent to owners. <br />Mr. Liszewski was granted permission to post property located at <br />213 E. Keasey owned by Ira and Dolores Jennings, as sub -standard <br />property. <br />Permission granted. <br />With reference to property located at 307 E. Paris Street, owned by <br />David Minkow, Mr. Liszewski reported that Mr..Minkow is now in <br />California and, although he has promised to make the necessary <br />repairs, he has not done so. Mr. Liszewski requested permission <br />to post property as sub -standard. <br />Permission granted. <br />Mr. Liszewski requested permission to post property located at 128 <br />E. Paris Street, owned by Charles and Josephine Shafer, as sub- <br />standard property. The house is presently occupied. <br />Permission granted. <br />Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that property located at 1002 E. <br />Sorin Street, the Estate of Sarah Ellen Clark, is not sai'e and requested <br />permission to advertise for bids for demolition. <br />Permission granted. <br />
