M <br />PARKING METER DEPARTMENT: ATTEND MEETING ( REEDER ) <br />Permission was granted to Alvin Reeder, Parking Meter Department Superintendent, <br />to attend the International Municipal Parking Congress Work Shop on <br />June 27-28-29-30 at Waterloo, Iowa. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT: ATTEND CONVENTION ( LT. LEDERER ) <br />Permission was granted to Lieutenant Carl Lederer to attend the Michigan <br />State Firemen's Association in Mount Morris, Michigan, June 17,18,19, <br />1965. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT:MILITARY LEAVE OFFICERS DE INSKI AND KILE) <br />Permission was granted the following Police Officers to be off duty to <br />attend military leave: <br />1. Officer J. R. Kilp, Army Reserve Summer Camp at Camp McCoy <br />Wisconsin from June 25 to July 10, 1965. <br />2. Officer K. Delinski, Summer Training, Camp McCoy, Wis., from <br />�. July 4 to July 17, 1965. <br />Ca0 FIRE DEPARTMENT: APPLICATION <br />An application for the Fire Department from Karl Alvin Williamson was <br />U accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />CCN PLAINT: ESTHER HUE BUILDERS. INC-_( CHIMES & EDISON - DEBRIS ) <br />A Petition from residents of the area of Chimes and Edison Road was <br />submitted to the Board. <br />The Petition conplained of conditions that exist at Chimes and Edison <br />Road on the property of Esther Home Builders, Inc. and requested that <br />the situation be investigated and corrected. The Petition further stated <br />that there was an accumulation of trash, sub -standard buildings, junk <br />and mechanical equipment which posed a serious problem for health and <br />safety. <br />A letter was directed to Messrs. Millard Hartman and Joseph Gordon of <br />Esther Home Builders, Inc. requesting that a representative of this <br />corporation contact Mr. DuComb as soon as possible for a discussion <br />of this situation and solution to the problem. <br />The Board further requested that the complaint be referred to the <br />Building Department for inspection and report to the Board. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT: SUB -STANDARD DIVISION ( HEARINGS ) <br />Comes now Mr. Alex Niebalski, owner of property at 1107 High Street <br />with reference to his property which is sub -standard and which had been <br />ordered repaired. Since repairs were not made, the Sub -Standard Division <br />ordered Mr. Niebalski to demolish which was not done. <br />After hearing Mr. Niebalski, the Board ruled that the Sub -Standard <br />Division proceed with demolition and advertise for bids for such <br />demolition. <br />With reference to property owned by Mary L. Feiser, located at 308 E. <br />Paris Street, Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that repair orders had <br />been issued and that owner will not repair this property. <br />Mr. Liszewski requested permission to vacate premises and order demolition. <br />Permission granted. <br />
