MI <br />-.Mr. Liszewski reported to the -Board that Mr. Wallace Mitchell, owner of <br />property located at 736 N. Francis Street, had requested a 30 day <br />continuance in order to board up the premises and show progress in <br />necessary repairs. <br />Permission granted. <br />Mr. Liszewski advised the Board that W. Wm. and Mrs. Josephine Scott, <br />owners of property located at 740 N. Francis Street, had requested <br />permission to continue hearing for 30 days in order to show progress <br />in repairs of property. <br />Permission granted. <br />With reference to property owned by Mrs. Lottie Ding, located at 234. <br />E. Sample Street, Mr. DuComb reported that Mrs. King had contacted him <br />as of this date and advised him that she had a contractor who will <br />repair property. <br />Mr. Liszewski was requested to contact the contractor to learn the <br />accuracy of this statement, and whether the contract had been signed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street Light Outage Reports were accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 12:00 noon. <br />C <br />Attest: gicharp.
