M, <br />FIRE DEPARTT-ENIT: ATTEND ARSON INVESTIGATORS SMUNAR <br />Following the recommendation of the Fire Chief, the Board approved the <br />request of the Fire Chief to send Captain Jack Bukowski and Lt. Anthony <br />Romeo to A= Arbor, Michigan to attend the Arson Investigators Seminar <br />from April 12 through April 16, 1965. <br />BUILDING DEPARTIE NT: HOUSE MTOVEP <br />Comes now Forrest hest, Building Commissioner, and requests permission <br />to have a house moved from, 913 S. 26th Street to 235 S. Logan Street. <br />The house is owned ITj iris tschelen and the mover is T'.1r; J. I'litschelen. <br />Since 1,1r. Mlitschelen oin-is the adjoining lots, there were no remonstrators <br />to the move. <br />The Board, having been informed by lb% West that all conditions in <br />connection with such a house move have been met, now approved the house <br />move as outlined in the request. <br />BUILDING. DEPARTMENT - SUB-STAND-ARD DIVISION ( OPEN BIDS - MAOLITIQU <br />Comes nvu Richard Lisewski., Director of the Sub -Standard Division of <br />00 the Building, Department, and submits sealed bids to tte Board for <br />th.e demolition of the following properties: <br />322 S. Laurel Street <br />B &, 0 Buildim Wrecking Co. <br />17711 Auten Road <br />South Bend,, Indiana <br />Retain salvage $450.00 <br />Stack salvage 525..00 <br />Chas, C12jEh <br />25412 State Road #2 <br />South Bend, Ind. <br />Retain salvage <br />Stack salvage <br />$375.00 <br />450.00 <br />After examination of both bids which were in order,, the bid was awarded <br />to Chas. Clough. <br />For demolition of structure at 1907 S.
