Trucking,` Company on their low bid of $511.00, 1017 S. Carroll Street: Harvey R. Bryant Excavating Co. $534.00 O'Neal Trucking Co. $534.00 B it J Demolition Co. $875.00 There being two low bids in the amount of $534.00, the two bidders, being present, agreed to the toss of a coin for preference in the award of con- tract, preference being to Bryant Excavating Company. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition of the premises at 1017 S. Carroll Street was awarded to Harvey R. Bryant Excavating Company 0 on its bid of $534.00. lt� HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3301 - E. J. BARANY C..� This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in Vacation Resolution No. 3301, being for the vacation of: The first north -south alley west of Main Street, running from the south line of Indiana Avenue south to the south line of the first east -west alley south of Indiana Avenue. Also, the first east -west alley south of Indiana Avenue, running from the west line of Main Street west to the east line of the above mentioned north and south alley. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received, and the consent of Wells Electronics, Inc., and of the Penn Central Transportation Company to the vacation,as re- quested by the Area Plan Commission in recommending the vacation, having - been filed with the Board, the motion was made, seconded and carried to approve the assessment roll as filed, and the vacation resolut.ion was in all things confirmed, and the proceedings declared closed and the property vacated.
