BARANY <br />C..� <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in Vacation <br />Resolution No. 3301, being for the vacation of: <br />The first north -south alley west of Main Street, running <br />from the south line of Indiana Avenue south to the south <br />line of the first east -west alley south of Indiana Avenue. <br />Also, the first east -west alley south of Indiana Avenue, <br />running from the west line of Main Street west to the east <br />line of the above mentioned north and south alley. <br />Proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County <br />News on December 19, December 26, 1969 and January 2, 1970, were examined and <br />found sufficient.
