<br />301 Hydraulic Street. Mr. Adamson reported the owner of this property plans
<br />to take the structure down. Thereupon, the motion was made, seconded and
<br />unanimously carried to continue the matter indefinitely, and the Sub -Standards
<br />Director was directed to keep the property under surveillance.
<br />412 E. Ohio
<br />Street. Mr. Adamson reported this property was conveyed to the
<br />City by the
<br />owners on October 17, 1969; that the tenants have now been re-
<br />located. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued
<br />two weeks.
<br />740 Frances
<br />Street. Mr. Adamson reported this property is secured but that
<br />the owner has not cleaned up the premises and has done nothing toward re-
<br />habilitating the premises. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the mat-
<br />ter was referred to the Legal Department to try to get some action by the
<br />owner.

<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, hearing on the assessment roll for the
<br />improvement of Clyde Street, from Donald Street to Calvert Street, was further
<br />continued to December 22, 1969.
<br />E. J. Bressler, 2001 Clyde Street, owner of Lot 15,appeared before the Board
<br />to protest his assessment at the rate of $6.60 instead of $5.88.
<br />Louis J. Marcis, 1324 E. Calvert Street, appeared before the Board, stating
<br />he had no complaint-.
<br />Mrs. Mary Kiplinger, 1328 E. Bowman, owner of Lot 41, al,so appeared before the
<br />Board to have the assessment clarified.
