And the Clerk was directed to publish notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on December 5 and December 12, 1969, for bids to be received on December 15, 1969. REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES FACILITY Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the request of the Purchasing Director to advertise for bids for janitorial services for the period January 1, 1970 through December 31, 1979, and for a three months period from January 1, 1970 through March 31, 1970, for the Municipal Services Facility. The Clerk was directed to publish notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on December 5 and December 12, 1969, for bids to be received on December15, 1969.
