And the Clerk is directed to publish notice of such hear- <br />ing, together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed, in <br />the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on September 26, October 3, <br />and October 10, 1969. <br />VACATION RESOL MON NO 3304 - O'BRIEN CORPORATION <br />This being the date set for reopening this matter after having been continued <br />from September 15, 1969, and upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />Vacation Resolution No. 3304 is finally approved as originally adopted, and <br />the matter is referred back to the City Engineer for the preparation of an <br />Assessment Ro11, <br />CUAPLAINT RE: W. CALVERT - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0, 3267,E 1968 <br />Mrs. Eldon Shipley of 1710 W. Calvert and Mrs. Howard McCombs of 1706 W. <br />Calvert appeared to protest the replacement of sod between the curb and the <br />sidewalk at one house in the block and not at theirs. Mr. Worley of Clyde <br />Williams Assoc. was present and explained the sod which was replaced was of <br />sufficient quality that it could be rolled and then laid back down after con- <br />struction while the sod on the parkways of the other properties was not. This <br />matter is referred to the City Engineer for investigation. <br />CUMICATION FRCM FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS CUNISSIDN <RE: CATV <br />A letter from the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C. was <br />read and filed with the Board. This letter refers to the Valley Cablevision <br />
