Midwest Wrecking Co. $313.00 <br />B it J Demolition Co. $340.00 <br />On made, seconded and unanimously carried, bid for demolition of the <br />structure at 615 E. Ohio Street was awarded to A. Midwest Wrecking Company <br />on its low bid of $313.00, and contract was executed by the Board. <br />318 Cushing Street <br />A. Midwest Wrecking Co. 1$748.00 <br />No other bids were received. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />bid for demolition of the structure at 318 Cushing Street was awarded to A. <br />Midwest Wrecking Company on its bid of $748.00, and contract was executed by <br />the Board. <br />1307 S. Fellows Street <br />A. Midwest Wrecking Co. $564.00 <br />No other bids were received. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, bid for demolition of the structure at 1307 S. CARLISLE STREET <br />Hearing on the assessment roll for the improvement of S. Carlisle Street, <br />from Prairie Avenue to Indiana Avenue, by constructing a Class C pavement <br />with curb repair, continued from August 11, 1969, upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, was further continued until September 29, 1969. <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL (CONTINUED FROM 8/18/69) - IMPROVEMENT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3259 - HARTMAN DRIVE -ROSEMARY LANE (LOCAL SEWER <br />Hearing on the assessment roll for the improvement known as the Hartman Drive - <br />Rosemary Lane Local Sewer, having been continued from August 18, 1969, was <br />resumed. <br />Dale Lovett, 1304 Rosemary Lane, South Bend, Indiana, appeared before the Board <br />and again complained of the amount of his assessment, asking for clarification. <br />The computation was reviewed and appeared to be correct. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the hearing was further continued <br />until September 2, 1969, to ascertain proper publication of notice. <br />AREA PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION - <br />PETITION OF E. J. BARANY TO VACATE ALLEYS WEST OF MAIN STREET <br />Area Plan Commission files with the Board its favorable recommendation for <br />the vacation of the first north -south alley west of Main Street, running <br />from the south line of Indiana Avenue south to the south line of the first <br />east west alley south of Indiana Avenue; also, the first east -west alley south <br />of Indiana Avenue running from the west line of Main Street west to the east <br />line of the north -south alley. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
