Carlisle Street, from Prairie Avenue to Indiana Avenue, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair, continued from August 11, 1969, upon motion made, seconded and carried, was further continued until September 29, 1969. HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL (CONTINUED FROM 8/18/69) - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3259 - HARTMAN DRIVE -ROSEMARY LANE (LOCAL SEWER Hearing on the assessment roll for the improvement known as the Hartman Drive - Rosemary Lane Local Sewer, having been continued from August 18, 1969, was resumed. Dale Lovett, 1304 Rosemary Lane, South Bend, Indiana, appeared before the Board and again complained of the amount of his assessment, asking for clarification. The computation was reviewed and appeared to be correct. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the hearing was further continued until September 2, 1969, to ascertain proper publication of notice.
