Olive (Porch only) <br />A & J Demolition $225.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking 325.00 <br />Upon motion made~ seconded and carried, contract for demolition was awarded to <br />A & J Demolition on their low bid of $225.00. (Porch only) <br />1814 S. St. Joseph: (garage) <br />O'Neal Trucking $135.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 150.00 <br />A & J Demolition 125.00 <br />B & J Demolition 100.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for demolition of the accessory <br />building only was awarded to B & J Demolition on their low bid of $100.00. <br />313 E. Wenger: <br />O'Neal Trucking $374.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 370.00 <br />A & J Demolition 350.00 <br />B & J Demolition 325.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for demolition was awarded to <br />B & J Demolition on their low bid of $325.00. <br />615 E Ohio_:, <br />Bids for demolition were accepted on this structure but due to scribes error <br />notice read 613 E. Ohio. Upon motion made, seconded and carried these bids <br />were returned to bidders unopened and demolition is to be readvertised. <br />1213 �_ Indiana Ave. <br />This being the date set to take bids for demolition on the structure at 1213 W. <br />Indiana Avenue and an emergency situation existing as noted August 11, 1969, bids <br />were taken as follows: <br />A Mid -West Demolition Wrecking Co. $458.14 <br />O'Neal Trucking 484.00 <br />Bryant Excavating 635.00 <br />A & J Demolition protested the non -advertising. <br />APPEAL PERIOD OF ONE WEEK - DEMOLITION CONTRACTS <br />Upnn motion made, seconded and carried, the practice of delaying one (1) week <br />for signing of contracts for demolition is discontinued and the contracts will <br />be signed the same day they are awarded. <br />NOTICE OF BID FORM - DELETION <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried the last paragraph of the Notice to Bidders <br />Form relating to seventy-two (72) hours for salvaging materials is hereby deleted. <br />1,213 W Indiana Ave <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for demolition was awarded to <br />A Mid West Demolition Wrecking Co. on its low bid of $458.14 and is now formally <br />signed by the Board. <br />1601 Lows ev: <br />The owner of this property having taken no appeal within seven days and no other <br />demolition permit having been issued, contract awarded 8/11/69 to B & J Demo- <br />lition on its low bid of $900.00, is now formally signed by the Board. <br />402 E. Paris: <br />The owner of this property having taken no appeal within seven days and no other <br />demolition permit having been issued, contract awarded 8/11/69 to Bryant Excavat- <br />ing on their low bid of $ 341.00, is now formally signed by the Board. <br />2207-2211 Smith Street: <br />The owner of this property having taken no appeal within seven days and no other <br />demolition permit having been issued, contract awarded 8/11/69 to Bryant Excavat- <br />ing on their low bid of $ 1 875.00, is now formally signed by the Board. <br />
