7/21/69 <br />FINAL ORDER <br />AWARD OF CONTRACT <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3273 - FREMONT STREET <br />For the improvement of Fremont Street, from Washington Street to Lawton, by <br />constructing a Class C pavement with curbs. <br />Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on Fremont Street <br />having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of <br />Type III -A as designated incthe preliminary order adopted July 7, 1969, the <br />preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street ordered paved with <br />Type IV pavement. <br />The Board, having examined all bids received June 30, 1969, and being duly <br />advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract <br />to Bituminous Materials Company, Inc., for the paving of said Street with <br />Class C, Type IV pavement on its low bid of $8,666.50. And said Company is <br />hereby biven notice to proceed with such improvement. <br />FINAL ORDER <br />CONTRACT AWARDED <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3274 - ALLEY BETWEEN:'S. MICHIGAN AND S. MAIN <br />For the improvement of the alley between South Michigan Avenue and South Main <br />Street, from Bowman to Calvert, by constructing a Class C, Type I pavement. <br />There being no remonstrances to paving said alley with Class C, Type I pave- <br />ment as designated in the preliminary order adopted on July 7, 1969, said pre- <br />liminary order is hereby in all things confirmed and said alley ordered paved <br />with Class C, Type I pavement. <br />The Board, having examined all bids received on June 30, 1969, and being <br />duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards <br />contract to McIntyre & Jones Construction Company for the paving of said <br />alley with Class C, Type I pavement on its low bid of $3,537.00. And said <br />Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. <br />FINAL ORDER <br />CONTRACT AWARDED <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3275 - ALLEY BETWEEN WAYNE AND SUNNYMEDE <br />For the improvement of the alley between Wayne and Sunnymede, from Sunnyside <br />Avenue to the alley west, by constructing Class C, Type I pavement. <br />There being no remonstrances to paving said alley with Class C, Type I pave- <br />ment as designated in the preliminary order adopted on July 7, 1969, said pre- <br />liminary order is hereby in all things confirmed and said alley ordered paved <br />with Class C, Type I pavement. <br />The Board, having examined all bids received on June 30, 1969, and being <br />duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards <br />contract to McIntyre and Jones Construction Company for the paving of said <br />alley with Class C, Type I pavement on its low bid of $4,385.25. And said <br />Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. <br />FINAL ORDER <br />CONTRACT AWARDED <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3282 - WALL STREET <br />For the improvement of Wall Street, from Ironwood Drive to 24th Street, by <br />constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. <br />Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on Wall Street <br />having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of <br />Type III -A as designated in the preliminary order adopted July 7, 1969, the <br />preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street ordered paved with <br />Type IV pavement. <br />
