7/14/69 Company, Inc., for the paving of said street with Type IV pavement on its'low bid of $13,454.00. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. FINAL ORDER AWARD OF CONTRACT IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 326o ,(40I0NDED)71 33111) STREET For the improvement of 33rd Street, from Pleasant to Northside. Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on 33rd Street having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of Type 111-A as designated in the preliminary order adopted on June 30, 1969, the preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street isordered paved with Type IV pavement. The Board,having examined all bids and being duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract to Bituminous Materials Company, Inc., for the paving of said street with Type IV pavement on its low bid of $9,187.25. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. FINAL ORDER AWARD OF CONTRACT IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3263 (AMENDED) - 35TH STREET For the improvement of 35th Street, from Jefferson to the Railroad South. Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on 33rd Street having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of Type III -A as designated in the preliminary order adopted*on June 30, 1969, the preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street is ordered paved with Type IV pavement. The Board, having examined all bids and being duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract to Bituminous Materials Company, Inc., for the paving of said street with Type IV pavement on fts low bid of $5,963.50. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. FINAL ORDER AWARD OF CONTRACT IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3265 (AMENDED) - CLYDE STREET For the improvement of Clyde Street, from Donald to Calvert. Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on Clyde Street having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of Type 111-A as designated in the preliminary order adopted on June 30, 1969, the preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street is ordered paved with Type IV pavement. The Board, having examined all bids and being duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract to Bituminous Materials Company, Inc., for the paving of said street with Type IV pavement on its low bid of $4,515.80. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement. FINAL ORDER AWARD OF CONTRACT IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO._ 3266 (AMENDED) - SANCOME AVENUE For the improvement of Sancome Avenue, from LaPorte to Lincolnway West. Fifty one percent or more of the resident property owners on Sancome Avenue having requested that said street be paved with Type IV pavement instead of Type III -A as designated in the ,preliminary order adopted on June 30, 1969, the preliminary order is hereby rescinded and said street is ordered paved with type IV pavement. The Board, having examined all bids and being duly advised, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, awards contract to Bituminous Materials Company, Inc., for the paving of said street with Type IV pavement on its low bid of $3,060.00. And said Company is hereby given notice to proceed with such improvement.
