ME <br />r' <br />7/14/69 <br />Bids opened for demolition: <br />This being the date set, bids were opened for demolition of the following <br />sub -standard buildings. Non collusion affidavit accompanying each bid was <br />examined and found to be proper. Bids were as follows: <br />414 E. Pennsylvania Street: - <br />John E. Vanek $735.00 <br />Julius O'Neal $685.00 <br />Harvey R. Bryant $690.00 <br />A & J Demolition Co. $935.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the premises was awarded to Junius O'Neal on his low bid of $685.00, sub- <br />ject to the owner of the property taking an appeal within the next seven days. <br />223 N. Adams Street. - <br />A. Midwest Wrecking & Demolition $683.00 <br />John E. Vanek $542.00 <br />Julius O'Neal $571.00 <br />Harvey R. Bryant $580.`00 <br />A & J Demolition,Co. $875.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, bids for demolition of <br />the property at 223 N. Adams Street were taken under advisement for two weeks, <br />pending disposition of the property by the owner. <br />115 N. Adams Street: <br />John E.
