7/7/69 ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FILING OF ASSESSMENT ROLL RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE NOTICE OF HEARING IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3247 1968 - S CARLISLE STREET Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with the Board its certificate of completion of the?paving of S. Carlisle Street, from Prairie Avenue to Indiana Avenue,.in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project. And the City Engineer files with the Board an Assessment Roll, with the names of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $48,562.35. And the Board adopts a resolution accepting the final estimate and primary assessment roll, and the Clerk is directed to give notice bfiat said im- Ica provement has been completed and thereOn file in the office of the City Controller an assessment roll, with the names of the owners and a description of the property osubject to be assessed, which can be seen in said office and that the Board will, at its office,•Room 7, City Hall, on the 21st day of July, 1969, at 10:00 A.M., receive and hear remonstrances against°the amounts assessed against the property owners on said Roll, and the owners cll� of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard. FINAL CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED NOTICE IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3289, 1969 - DALE AVENUE 1 For the improvement of Dale Avenue, from Ewing Avenue to Fox'Street, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. No remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of 51% or more of the resident property owners on said street to be improved having` been filed within 10 days following the date and time of the hearing on said improvement, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, said im- provement resolution is in all things finally confirmed and the improvement ordered made. And the Board hereby adopts and orders placed on file plans and specifications approved by the Board on June 2, 1969. July 21, 1969, at 10:00 A.M. is fixed as the time for receiving bids for the construction of said improvement. And the Clerk is directed to serve notice by two weekly publications. ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION PRELIMINARY ORDER Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the recommendation of Clyde E. MAIN - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3275, IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3282, STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Type 1, concrete pavement 1969 - ALLEY BETWEEN WAYNE AND SUNNYMEDE - Type 1; concrete pavement 1969 - WALL STREET'.- Type III -A Street light outage reports for the period 6/25/69 to 7/3/69 were ordered filed.
