7/7/69 <br />ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />FILING OF ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3247 1968 - S CARLISLE STREET <br />Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, files with <br />the Board its certificate of completion of the?paving of S. Carlisle Street, <br />from Prairie Avenue to Indiana Avenue,.in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications for this project. <br />And the City Engineer files with the Board an Assessment Roll, with the names <br />of the owners and a description of the property subject to be assessed, with <br />the amount of the prima facie assessment in the total sum of $48,562.35. <br />And the Board adopts a resolution accepting the final estimate and primary <br />assessment roll, and the Clerk is directed to give notice bfiat said im- <br />Ica <br />provement has been completed and thereOn file in the office of the City <br />Controller an assessment roll, with the names of the owners and a description <br />of the property osubject to be assessed, which can be seen in said office <br />and that the Board will, at its office,•Room 7, City Hall, on the 21st day <br />of July, 1969, at 10:00 A.M., receive and hear remonstrances against°the <br />amounts assessed against the property owners on said Roll, and the owners <br />cll� <br />of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard. <br />FINAL CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED <br />NOTICE <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3289, 1969 - DALE AVENUE <br />1 <br />For the improvement of Dale Avenue, from Ewing Avenue to Fox'Street, by <br />constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. <br />No remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of 51% or <br />more of the resident property owners on said street to be improved having` <br />been filed within 10 days following the date and time of the hearing on said <br />improvement, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, said im- <br />provement resolution is in all things finally confirmed and the improvement <br />ordered made. <br />And the Board hereby adopts and orders placed on file plans and specifications <br />approved by the Board on June 2, 1969. <br />July 21, 1969, at 10:00 A.M. is fixed as the time for receiving bids for the <br />construction of said improvement. And the Clerk is directed to serve notice <br />by two weekly publications. <br />ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION <br />PRELIMINARY ORDER <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the <br />recommendation of Clyde E. Williams and Associates, Inc., consulting <br />engineers for the type of pavement to be used, as follows: <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3273, 1969 - VROMONT STREET - Type III -A <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3274, 1969 - ALLEY BETWEEN S. MICHIGAN & S. MAIN - <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3275, <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3282, <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Type 1, concrete pavement <br />1969 - ALLEY BETWEEN WAYNE AND SUNNYMEDE - <br />Type 1; concrete pavement <br />1969 - WALL STREET'.- Type III -A <br />Street light outage reports for the period 6/25/69 to 7/3/69 were ordered <br />filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad- <br />journed -at 11:25 A.M. � p_, ,/ <br />or <br />J.
