Upon motion made, seconded . <br />and carried, the matter was continued one week to determine the owner of <br />this property which belonged to the deceased father of Mrs. Parcher. <br />720-720'' Columbia. Mr. Adamson reported this property labs now been de- <br />molished by the owner. <br />721 S. Jackson Street. Mr. Adamson reports nothing has yet been done on <br />this property. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried an ex- <br />tension of three weeks was granted to permit the owner to repair the property. <br />Request to appear before Board July 14, 1969 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approvedthe <br />request of the Sub -Standards Director for the following owners of sub -standard <br />properties to appear before the Board on July 14, 1969, to show cause why <br />such properties should not be demolished: <br />1814 S. Vanek 503.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. 487.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract was awarded to <br />Harvey R. Bryant on his low'bid of $487.00, subject to an appeal being taken <br />by the owner within the next seven days. <br />Contracts signed: <br />202 E. Paris Street. The owner of this.property having taken no appeal within <br />seven days and no other demolition permit having been issued, contract awarded <br />June 23, 1969 for the demolition of the property at 202 E.
