1154 6/9/69 1053 LaSalle Ct. Mr. Adamson reported this property is still in the same condition as It was on May 12, 1969. He is keeping it under surveillance. 758 Lincolnway East. Mr. Adamson reported this propertyhas been boarded up'. The matter was continued indefinitely. 2119 Bertrand. Mr. Adamson tendered a letter from the owner, Gladys Jackson, in which she agreed to the demolition of the premises. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, permission was granted to advertise for bids for demolition of the premises. 7202 Columbia. This property was owned by the People's Church and has been conveyed to the Tire Service Company and they are going to tear it down. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was continued 30 days to allow the new owner an opportunity to demolish the building. 414 E. Pennsylvania St. Mr. Adamson stated this building is still open and in a worse condition than on March 3, 1969. Mr. Adamson was directed to have the owner Kapula and the contract buyer Hartman appear before the Board on June 16, 1969. This being the date set, bids were opened for demolition of the following premises: Non collusion affidavit accompanying each bid was examined and found to be sufficient.
