6/2/59 the northeast corner of Lot 179. Falcon Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 180; thence on a southerly line 563.47 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 180; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the south- west corner of Lot 181;^thence on a northerly line 562.80 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 181; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 180. Area Plan Commission makes the following recommendation to the Board: "After due consideration; it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended fa orably to the Board of Public Works and Safety." Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition was referred to the City Engineer for preparation of a vacation resolution. AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION - PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY - MENTAL HEALTH HKXKTH CENTER OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INC. In the matter of the petition of Mental Health Center of St. Joseph County, Inc., for the vacation of: the, north -south alley between St. Louis and St. Peter Street from Colfax Avenue to the east -west alley between St. Louis and St. Peter Streets. Area Plan Commission makes the following recommendation to the Board: "After due consideration, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Board of Public Works and Safety subject to the petitioners providing a turning radius at the intersection of the east -west alley. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition was referred to the City Engineer for preparation of a vacation resolution. HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3278, 1969 - A.T.& T. This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in Vacation Resolu tion No. 3278, being for the vacation bf: Part of the existing alleys located in Weaver's Subdivision in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, being further described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 8 in said Weaver's Subdivision; thence north along the east line of Lots 8, 9 and 10 in said Subdivision 127.50 feet; thence east along the north line of the existing al4ey 32.0 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of Lot 7 and the east line of Lots 8, 9 and 10 in said Subdivision 16.50 feet to a point on the north line of the south 111.00 feet of Lot 7; thence west along said north line of they south 111.00 feet of Lot 7 a distance of 22.0 feet; thence,4aiong the west line of Lot 7 a distance of 111.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence west 10.0 feet to the point of beginning. Proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Trii! County News on May 9, May 16 and May 23, 1969, were read and found_to be sufficient. There being no net benefits and no net damages and no one having appeared either for or against the vacation, the assessment roll, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, was approved and the Vacation Resolution finally adopted, the proceedings closed, and the property declared vacated. 1 1 1
