Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 180; <br />thence on a southerly line 563.47 feet to the southeast corner <br />of Lot 180; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the south- <br />west corner of Lot 181;^thence on a northerly line 562.80 <br />feet to the northwest corner of Lot 181; thence on a westerly <br />line 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 180. <br />Area Plan Commission makes the following recommendation to the Board: <br />"After due consideration; it was moved, seconded <br />and unanimously carried that the petition be <br />recommended fa orably to the Board of Public Works <br />and Safety." <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition was <br />referred to the City Engineer for preparation of a vacation resolution. <br />AREA PLAN RECOMMENDATION - PETITION TO VACATE ALLEY - MENTAL HEALTH <br />HKXKTH CENTER OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INC. <br />In the matter of the petition of Mental Health Center of St. Joseph <br />County, Inc., for the vacation of: <br />the, north -south alley between St. Louis and St. Peter Street <br />from Colfax Avenue to the east -west alley between St. Louis <br />and St. Peter Streets. <br />Area Plan Commission makes the following recommendation to the Board: <br />"After due consideration, it was moved, seconded <br />and unanimously carried that the petition be <br />recommended favorably to the Board of Public Works <br />and Safety subject to the petitioners providing a <br />turning radius at the intersection of the east -west <br />alley. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the petition was <br />referred to the City Engineer for preparation of a vacation resolution. <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3278, 1969 - A.T.& T. <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll in <br />Vacation Resolu tion No. 3278, being for the vacation bf: <br />Part of the existing alleys located in Weaver's Subdivision <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 8 in said Weaver's <br />Subdivision; thence north along the east line of Lots 8, 9 <br />and 10 in said Subdivision 127.50 feet; thence east along the <br />north line of the existing al4ey 32.0 feet; thence south <br />parallel with the west line of Lot 7 and the east line of <br />Lots 8, 9 and 10 in said Subdivision 16.50 feet to a point <br />on the north line of the south 111.00 feet of Lot 7; thence <br />west along said north line of they south 111.00 feet of Lot <br />7 a distance of 22.0 feet; thence,4aiong the west line of <br />Lot 7 a distance of 111.00 feet to the southwest corner of <br />said Lot; thence west 10.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Trii! County <br />News on May 9, May 16 and May 23, 1969, were read and found_to be <br />sufficient. There being no net benefits and no net damages and <br />no one having appeared either for or against the vacation, the <br />assessment roll, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />was approved and the Vacation Resolution finally adopted, the <br />proceedings closed, and the property declared vacated. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
