Continued one week at request of Mr. Adamson. <br />Request for owners of sub -standard properties to appear before the Board 6/9/69 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the re- <br />quest of J. W. Adamson, Sub -Standards Director, for the following owners of <br />sub -standard properties to appear before the Board on June 9, 1969: _. <br />Alex Slaby 721 S. Jackson <br />Willis W. Wilson 202 E. Paris <br />Alberta Kukendall 612 E. Ohio <br />Ada Pettiford Smith 1602 Longley Ave. <br />Henry Lamirand 620 South Bend Ave. <br />And the Clerk was directed to so notify said owners by certified mail. <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASURES MONTHLY REPORT <br />Bert Cichowicz, City Sealer, filed with the Board his report for April, 1969, <br />which was reviewed and ordered filed. <br />PETITION FILED TO PAVE ALLEY UNDER BARRETT LAW - JOSEPH ROSENBAUM <br />The petition of Joseph Rosenbaum, 223 N. Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, <br />to pave the alley in the 200 block of N. Notre Dame Avenue, from Notre Dame to <br />St. Peter Street, was filed with the Board_ and, upon motion made, seconded and <br />unanimously carried, was referred to the City Engineer for study and <br />recommendation. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3279 - CHARLES NIBLICK <br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll showing award of damages <br />and assessment of benefits in the vacation of: <br />The first east -west alley north of Marion Street from <br />Scott Street east to the north -south alley between Scott <br />Street and Leland Avenue, situated between Lots No. 25 <br />and 26 in James D. Kent's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 114. <br />Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and <br />the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct <br />and maintain any facilities, including but not limited <br />to electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface <br />water control structures and ditches within the vacated <br />right..of way unless such rights are released by the <br />individual utilities. <br />Total net damages $00.00 <br />Total net benefits $00.00 <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially <br />affected by such vacation. <br />Lots No. 25 and 26 of James D. Kent's Subdivision. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board <br />adopted said assessment roll and set 101,00 A.M., on June 23, 1969, as the <br />date for hearing all persons interested in or affected by said vacation.
