<br />cation of Streets to be executed in its name by Donald
<br />A. Wiggins, its President, and its official seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed and attested by John E. Chenney, its

<br />DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT - LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R-57 -
<br />DEDICATION OF CUL DE SACS APPROVED
<br />S. J. Crumpacker, City Attorney, recommends the acceptance of the street
<br />dedication for cul de sacs submitted to the Board on May 12, 1969, by the
<br />Department of Redevelopment, and the following resolution, uponniotion
<br />made, seconded and unanimously carried, was adopted:
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Public Works and
<br />Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby accepts and
<br />approves the South Bend Redevelopment Commission Resolution
<br />dedicating certain areas within the LaSalle Park Project,
<br />Indiana R-57, for street purposes, said areas being the semi-
<br />circles needed for the cul de sacs on Bendix, Camden, Lake,
<br />Chicago and Kentucky Streets, located just north of the first
<br />east -west alley north of Western Avenue, said Redevelopment
<br />Commission Resolution reading as follows:
<br />"DEDICATION OF STREETS
<br />"The City of South Bend, Department of Redevelop-
<br />ment hereby grants and dedicates streets upon real es-
<br />tate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
<br />County, Indiana, hereinafter described, for the use of
<br />the public and for street purposes, which streets are
<br />more particularly described in Exhibits A, B, C, D and
<br />E attached hereto and made a part hereof.
