ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3278 - A. T. & T. Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment ro,11, showing award of damages and assessment of benefits in Vacation Resolution No. 3278, being for the vacation of: Part of the existing.alleys located in Weaver's Subdivision in the city of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, being further described as follows: Beginning at.the southeast corner of Lot 8 in said Weaver's Subdivision; thence north along the east line of Lots 8, 9 and 10 in said Subdivision 127.50 feet; thence east along the north line of the existing alley 32.0 feet; thence south parallel with the west,,line of Lot 7 and the east line of Lots 8, 9 and 10 in said Subdivision 16.50 feet to'a point on the north line of the south 111.00 feet of Lot 7; thence west along said north line of the south 111.00 feet of Lot 7, a distance of 22.0 feet; thence south along the west line of Lot 7 a distance of 111.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence west 10.0 feet to the point of beginhing. Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the Municipal.City of South Bend to construct and maintain any facilities, including but not limited to electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches within the vacated right of way unless such rights are released by the individual utilities. In the above named assessment roll, the Board will meet in the City Hall at 10:00 A.M.on the 2nd day of June, 1969, for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation, and the Board orders that notice of hearing, together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed toIthe property owners by publishing same on the 9th day of May, the 16th day of May and the 23rd day of May, 1969, in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri County News.
