<br />will meet in the City Hall at 10:00 A.1,il. on the 31st day of March, 1969, for the
<br />purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from persons interested in or
<br />affected by said vacation and the Board further orders that notice of said hear-
<br />ing together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed by addressed
<br />to the property owners by publishing same on the 14th day of March, the 21st day
<br />of March and the 28th day of March, 1969, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-
<br />county News.

<br />Wendell Hartman, Elkhart, Indiana, contract buyer of this property, reported
<br />structure was secured as directed March 3, and requested an extension of 120
<br />days to make repairs. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter was
<br />p ostponed one more week.to enable Sub -standards division to check securing of
<br />structure. If structure is found to be secured, the 120 day extension is granted.
