<br />Bid of demolition awarded to Clifton Lee 9/17/68. Contract of $372.00 plus
<br />$3% 00 for water shutoff was not fulfilled. A new request for bids having
<br />been duly advertised, bids for demolition were opened as follows:
<br />A Midwest Construction Co., non -collusion affidavit signed and.properly not-
<br />arized, bid of $780.00 including water shutoff
<br />Harvey R. Bryant, non -collusion affidavit signed and properly notarized.
<br />Bid of $535.00 including water shutoff
<br />After motion duly made, seconded and carried the bid of Harvey R. Bryant
<br />was accepted, his being the lowest and best bid received.
<br />It was further moved, seconded and carried that appropriate action be taken
<br />against the defaulting contractor, Cliffton Lee, to recover the difference
<br />zn:-cost from this bid and the previous bidder, Cliffton Lee.

<br />Bid of demolition awarded to A. & J. Demolition in April, 1968. Contract of
<br />$623.00 was not fulfilled. A new request for bids having been duly advertised,
<br />bids for demolition were opened as follows:
<br />Harvey R. BX-yant, non -collusion affidavit signed and properly notarized. Bid
<br />of $785.00 including water shutoff.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract of demolition was awarded to
<br />Harvey R. Bryant, his being the only bid received.
<br />It was further moved, seconded and carried that appropriate action be taken
<br />against the defaulting contractor, A. & J. Demolition, to recover the difference
<br />in cost from this bid and the previous bidder.

<br />Bid of demolition awarded to Cliffton Lee 12/23/68. Contract of $500.00 plus
<br />$35.00 for water shutoff, was not fulfilled. A new request for bids having
<br />been duly advertised, bids for demolition were opened as follows:
<br />Harvey R. Bryant, non -collusion affidavit signed and properly notarized, bid
<br />of $535.00 including water shutoff.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract of demolition was awarded to
<br />Harvey R. Bryant, his being the only bid received,

<br />Bid of demolition wwarded to Cliffton Lee 12/10/65, Contract for $455.00 plus
<br />$35.00 for water shutoff was not fulfilled. A new request for bids having been
<br />properly advertised, bids for demolition were opened as follows:
<br />Harvey R. Bryant, non -collusion affidavit signed and properly notarized, bid of
<br />$735.00 including water shutoff.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid of Harvey R. Bryant being the
<br />only bid received, contract was awarded to Harvey R. Bryant.
<br />It was further moved, seconded and,.. carried that appropriate action be taken N
<br />against the defaulting contractor, Cliffton Lee, to recover the difference in
<br />cost from this bid and the previous bidder, cliffton Lee,
<br />1127 Campeau
<br />This being the date set for opening of bids for demolition of 1127 Campeau,
<br />the following bids were opened:
<br />Hary ey R. Bryant, non -collusion affidavit signed and properly notarized, bid of
<br />$750.00 including water shutoff.
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this being the only bid received, contract
<br />was awarded to Harvey R. Bryant,
