Wolfe, Co -Director, I.U.S.B, Student Foundation, <br />Indiana University at South Bend, 1825 Northside Boulevard, South Band, <br />Indiana, to block Northside Boulevard, from Ironwood Drive to Greeniawn <br />Avenue on June 6, 1971, from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., during a rowboat <br />race on the St. Joseph River sponsored by the Indiana University at South <br />Bend Student Foundation, on condition that evidence of proper insurance <br />coverage is provided the Board. <br />STREET LIGHT PETITION - MID -BLOCK ON BLAINE STREET <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the petition for a street light <br />mid -block on Blaine Street, between Lincolnway West and Van Buren Street, <br />signed by Margaret LaRous, 1203 Lincolnway West and 13 others, was referred <br />to the Traffic Engineering Department for study and recommendation. <br />STREET LIGHT REQUEST - MID -BLOCK ON E. WAYNE STREET <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of James E. DeFreeuw, <br />816 E. Wayne Street, for a street light mid -block of 800 E. Wayne Street <br />was referred to the Traffic Engineering Department for study and <br />recommendation. <br />STREET LIGHT REQUEST - LOGAN AND WALL STREETS <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request of William Sellmeyer, <br />801 Logan Street, and 17 others for a street light to be reinstalled at <br />Logan and Wall Streets was referred to the Traffic Engineering Department <br />for study and recommendation. <br />CONTRACTORS BONDS APPROVED <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contractors' bonds were approved <br />by the Board for the following: <br />A.
