FARNEMAN STREET SEWER <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board adopts Im- <br />provement Resolution No. 3339, 1971, for the improvement of E. Farneman <br />Street from 200 feet east of Fellows Street to the dead end by construct- <br />ing a local sanitary sewer, and approves plans, specifications and cost <br />estimate submitted by Clyde E. Williams and <br />Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, for such improvement. <br />June 8, 1971, at 7:30 P.M., in Room 1308 County City Building, South Bend, <br />Indiana, is set as the time and place for hearing and considering <br />remonstrances, and the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by <br />publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on May 14 and <br />May 21, 1971. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5-10-71 ADOPTED - FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 5-10-71 <br />was adopted for the sale of real estate owned by the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, located on the northwest corner of Washington Avenue and Chapin <br />Street, more particularly described as follows: <br />A part of Lot 4 in Mary Witherill's Subdivision of Bank Out <br />Lot 32 described as follows: Beginning at the northwest <br />corner of Lot 4; thence east 28.50 feet along the north line <br />of said Lot 4; thence southwesterly 43.60 feet along a line <br />with a deflection angle of 96 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds <br />right from the last described course extended; thence south- <br />westerly 156.30 feet along an arc to the right having a radius <br />of 909.93 feet and subtended by a long chord having a <br />length of 156.03 feet with a deflection angle of 1 degree 06 <br />minutes 24 seconds right from the last described course ex- <br />tended to a point on the south line of Lot 4; thence west <br />0.37 feet along the south line of Lot 4 to the southwest corner <br />of said Lot 4; thence north 198.00 feet along the west line of <br />Lot 4 to the point of beginning, containing 3,272 square feet, <br />more or less.
