11/2/70 Demolition bids opened; This being the date set for receiving bids for demolition of the following structures, bids were opened. Non collusion affidavits were found to be proper and the bids were as follows 122 N. St. Louis Street. (accessory building) B & J Demolition Co. O'Neal Trucking Co. $185.00 $150.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for deriholition of the accessory strwcture at 122 N. St. Louis Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on its low bid of $150.00. 722 E. Miner Street. B & J Demolition Co. $600.00 Midwest Demolition Co. $533.00 O'Neal Trucking Co.- $600.00 Upon motion made seconded and carried, contract for demolition of the structure at 722 E. Miner Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition Company on its low bid of $533.00. Request for owners of sub -standard properties to appear before Board 11/16/70 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of the Sub -Standards Director for the following persons to appear before the Board on November 16, 1970, to show cause why, if any, the following structures should not be demolished: 830 S.
