10/26/70 (12) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of Washington Street and the south line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street, (13) The second north -south alley east of Kaley Street between the north line of Washington Street and the south line of the east -west alley between -Washington Street and Holland Street. (14) The first north -south alley east of Kaley Street between _the north line of the east -west alley between Washington Street and Holland Street and the south line of Holland Street. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on October 2, 9 and 16, 1970, which were found to be sufficient. No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been received upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the assessment roll was approved as presented and the Vacation Resolution in all things confirmed as amended and the proceedings closed and the property vacated. ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3328 - DR. ARMAND RIP,AUX Lloyd S. Taylor , City Engineer, files assessment roll, showing award of damages and assessment of benefits, in Vacation Resolution No. 3328, being for the vacation of: a portion of the north -south alley between Penn Central right- of-way and Otsego Avenue from the south right-of-way line of Angela Boulevard running south 126 feet. The Board sets November 23, '1970, as the time for receiving remonstrances and hearing all persons interested in or affected by said vacation. And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing, together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed, by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on October 30, November 6 and November 13, 1970. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected,by such vacation: Lots 259 to 364, inclusive, in Navarre Place and Penn Central right of way. Net damages $00.00 Net benefits $00.00
