No remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances <br />having been received upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the assessment roll was approved as presented and the Vacation Resolution <br />in all things confirmed as amended and the proceedings closed and the <br />property vacated. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3328 - DR. Taylor , City Engineer, files assessment roll, showing award of <br />damages and assessment of benefits, in Vacation Resolution No. 3328, <br />being for the vacation of: <br />a portion of the north -south alley between Penn Central right- <br />of-way and Otsego Avenue from the south right-of-way line of <br />Angela Boulevard running south 126 feet. <br />The Board sets November 23, '1970, as the time for receiving remonstrances <br />and hearing all persons interested in or affected by said vacation.
