10/26/70 <br />401 E. Dubai] Street. Mr. Adamson reported the owner has failed to have the <br />structure at 401 E. Dubail Street demolished. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />unanimously carried, contract for demolition of the structure at 401 E. <br />Dubai] Street was awarded to B & J Demolition Company on its low bid of <br />$495.00 October 5, 1970. <br />It was further moved, seconded and carried that the $25.00 deposit made by <br />Jackie Carpenter on October 2, 1970, be applied to the cost of demolition <br />and referred to the City Controller's office for credit to the demolition fund. <br />'13Z E. Elder Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the matter of 132 E. Elder Street,was continued one week, and the Sub- . <br />Standards Director was requested to notify Mrs. Fisher, daughter of theca <br />owners, to appear before the Board November 2, 1970. <br />1,137"S "Lafa*dttepBoulevard. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the matter of 1137 S. Lafayette Boulevard was continued one week. <br />Demolition bids opened: <br />This being the date set, bids were opened for demolition of the following <br />structures. Non collusion affidavits were examined and found to be proper. <br />The bids were: <br />2410-2412 W. Ford. <br />O'Neal Trucking Co.' <br />$749.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Corp. <br />$534.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. <br />$950.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 2410-2412 W. Ford Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition <br />Corporation on its low bid of $534.00. <br />142 E. Elder. <br />Midwest Demolition Corp. <br />$985.00, <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. <br />$929.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. <br />$995.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 142 E. Elder Street was warded to O'Neal Trucking Company <br />on its low bid of $929.00. <br />626 N. Harrison. <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. <br />$749.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. <br />$825.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. <br />$°895.'00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 626 N.
