W. It was filed with the Board and referred to the Engineering <br />�''`�---•-->Department for further consideration. <br />IMPROVEMENT -RESOLUTION # 3325, 1970 - N.-S. ALLEY BETWEEN HUEY & O'BRIEN <br />In connection with the above petition filed, a motion was made, second- <br />ed and carried to rescind Improvement Resolution # 3325, 70. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, it was decided that a new Reso- <br />lution concerning the paving of this alley would be drawn up. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION_ #_3328 - CONTINUED FROM 9/21/70 - DR. ARMAND RIGAUX <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, it was decided that the matter <br />of this Vacation Resolution would be continued -one additional week to <br />allow Mr. Taylor's office to discuss this matter with Dr. Armand Rigaux. <br />HEARING ON VACATION RESOLUTION # 3329 - MID14EST TURNKEY BUILDERS, INC. <br />The hearing on Vacation Resolution # 3329 - Midwest Turnkey Builders, <br />Inc., upon a motion made, seconded and carried, was continued for one <br />week, at the request of Attorney Robert L.
