Also, a 16 foot alley just south of Lot 15 as shown on the recorded plat of Harlin's Subdivision of a part of Ba,n a, t��OOr az p-&r Z Bank Out Lots of the town, now city, of South Bend plat- ted by the State Bank of Indiana and also south of the above described 14 foot alley to be vacated. The clerk tendered proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News on September 4, 11 and 18, 1970 which were read and found to be sufficient.
