9/21/70 <br />PLAINTIFFIS <br />EXH1131T <br />J <br />After hearing all who wished to <br />carried to continue the matter <br />location of an easement. <br />speak, the motion was made, seconded and <br />one week for further study regarding the <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FILED - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3327 - ASSOCIATES <br />DISCOUNT CORPORATION <br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll showing award of <br />damages and assessment of benefits in the vacation of: <br />29 feet of a public court as platted in E.'Louis Kuhn's <br />Subdivision of the west Half of Large Lot No. 20 in Samuel <br />L. Cottrell's First Addition to the town of Lowell, now a <br />part of the city of South Bend. <br />Total net damages $00.00 <br />Total net benefits $00.00 <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected <br />affected by such vacation: <br />e-4 Lots in E. Louis Kuhn's Subdivision of the west Half of Lot <br />JO 2.0 in Cottrell's First Addition and the east Half of Lot 20 <br />t� <br />in Cottrell's First Addition. <br />G� Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopts said assessment <br />roll and sets 9:30 A.M., on October 19, 1970, as the time for hearing all <br />persons interested in or affected by said vacation. <br />And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by publication,. <br />in the South Behd Tribune and the Tri County News on September 25, October <br />2, and October 9, 1970. <br />REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR LAGOON "A" <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of <br />the City Engineer for permission to advertise for bids for construction <br />of a storm sewer and Lagoon "A" in the Hepler-34th Streets area. <br />October 19, 1970, was set as the time for receiving bids, and the Clerk <br />was directed to give notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri County News on September 25, 1970 and October 2, 1970. <br />REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR LAGOON "K" <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of <br />the City Engineer for permission to advertise for bids for construction <br />of a -storm sewer and Lagoon "K" in the Logan-36th Streets area. <br />October 19, 1970, was set as the time for receiving bids, and the Clerk <br />was directed to,.gi,ve notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri County news on September 25 and October 2, 1970. <br />PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF 36TH STREET AND CERTAIN ALLEYS - LAGOON "K" <br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files with the Board, in connection with <br />the construction of a storm sewer and Lagoon "K" in the Logan-36th Streets <br />area, his petition to vacate: <br />36th Street, from the south line of Lots 40 and 65 in Belmont <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, north to the south line <br />of Washington Street; <br />Also, the north -south alley lying between 35th and 36th <br />Streets, from the south line of Lot 101 and 62 t( north <br />to the south line of Washington Street; <br />Also, the east -west alley running from 35th Street to 36th <br />Street and lying between Lots 101 and 102 and Lots 61 and 62. <br />Also, the east -west alley running from 36th Street east to <br />the first north -south Hlley and vying between Lots 43 and 44. <br />
