Cottrell's First Addition to the town of Lowell, now a part of the city of South Bend. Total net damages $00.00 Total net benefits $00.00 The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected affected by such vacation: e-4 Lots in E. Louis Kuhn's Subdivision of the west Half of Lot JO 2.0 in Cottrell's First Addition and the east Half of Lot 20 t� in Cottrell's First Addition. G� Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopts said assessment roll and sets 9:30 A.M., on October 19, 1970, as the time for hearing all persons interested in or affected by said vacation. October 19, 1970, was set as the time for receiving bids, and the Clerk was directed to give notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on September 25, 1970 and October 2, 1970. Taylor, City Engineer, files with the Board, in connection with the construction of a storm sewer and Lagoon "K" in the Logan-36th Streets area, his petition to vacate: 36th Street, from the south line of Lots 40 and 65 in Belmont Addition to the City of South Bend, north to the south line of Washington Street; Also, the north -south alley lying between 35th and 36th Streets, from the south line of Lot 101 and 62 t( north to the south line of Washington Street; Also, the east -west alley running from 35th Street to 36th Street and lying between Lots 101 and 102 and Lots 61 and 62. Also, the east -west alley running from 36th Street east to the first north -south Hlley and vying between Lots 43 and 44.
