Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter of 626 <br />Harrison Street was continued two weeks to permit the owner to complete the, <br />demolition of the premises. <br />717 E. Broadway. Cecil Clarkson, realtor, 333 Lincolnway West, South Bend, <br />Indiana, appeared on behalf of the owners of this property, Nan Kercheval <br />and the estate of Pearl Kercheval, and stated the owners intend to rehabilitate <br />the property. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matter <br />was continued two weeks to permit the owners to close up the building. <br />Demolition bids .opened: <br />'This being.the date set, bids for demolition of the following premises were <br />opened.
