9/14/70 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />of $400.00, on the condition that: <br />(1) the owners be allowed one week in which to remove any <br />materials stored in the building; <br />(2)the B J Demolition Company be permitted to withdraw <br />their bid if they.have counted on any of the materials <br />stored in the building as a part of their bid.. <br />(3) if the bid of B & J Demolition Company is withdrawn the <br />property will be readvertised for demolition. <br />The motion was seconded and carried. <br />5211 S. Trucking Company $429,00 <br />`Bryant Excavating Company $341,00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $324,00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $295.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, contract for demolition of the <br />structure at 5212 S. Walnut Street was awarded to B & J Demolition Company <br />on its low bid of $295.00. <br />626 E. Keasey Street: <br />B & J Demolition Company° $435.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $519,00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $434,00 <br />O'Neal -Trucking Co. $498:00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 626 E. Keasey Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition <br />Company on its low bid of $434.00. <br />325 N. Hill Street: <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $319.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $435.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $519.00- <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $500.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the premises at 325 N. Hill Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition Company <br />on its low bid of $319.00. <br />Request for owners of sub -standard properties to appear before the Board 9/28/70 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried the Board approved the re- <br />quest of the Sub -Standards Director for the following persons to appear be- <br />fore the Board on September 28, 1970, to show cause, if any they have, why <br />the following properties should not be demolished. <br />722 E. Miner St. <br />1105 Carroll St, <br />401 E. Dubai] <br />214 E. Elder St. <br />210 E. Elder <br />1622 Prairie Ave. <br />217 E. Ohio- <br />- Rose Gray, Admr.
