<br />4th day of September, 1970, and on the llth day of September, 1970,
<br />in the South Bend Tribune and in the Tri County News.
<br />This Board, at its office, on the 14th day of September,
<br />1970, at 9:30 A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all
<br />persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.

<br />edication filed August 24, 1970, having been examined and found sufficient,
<br />Lloyd S. Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll showing award of
<br />damages and assessment of benefits in Vacation Resolution No. 3270, 1968,
<br />being for the vacation of:
<br />A 14 foot alley running north and south and located
<br />immediately west of Lots 15, 14, 13 and the south 16
<br />feet of Lot 12 as shown on the recorded plat of Harlin's
<br />Subdivision of a part of Bank Out Lot 82 of the 2nd
<br />plat of Out Lots of the town (now city) of South Bend,
<br />platted by the State Bank of Indiana.
<br />Also a 16 foot alley just south of Lot 15 as shown on
<br />the recorded plat of Harlin's Subdivision of a part of
<br />Bank Out Lot 82 of the 2nd plat of Out Lots of the town
<br />(now city) of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of
<br />Indiana and also south of the above described 14 foot
<br />alley to be vacated.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially
<br />affec ted by such vacation:
<br />Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22 of Harlin's Sub-
<br />division of a part of Bank Out Lot 82 of the town (now
<br />city) of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana.

<br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted said assessment
<br />roll and set 9:30 A.M. on September 28, 1970, as the daze for hearing all
<br />persons interested in or affected by said vacation. And the Clerk is
<br />directed to give notice of such hearing by publication in the South Bend
<br />Tribune and the Tri County News on September 4, September 11 and September
<br />18, 1970.

<br />No. 3317, 1970, being for the vacation of an easement described as follows:
<br />That part of the west Leg of the East Race which is located
<br />northerly of a line parallel to and 30 feet southerly of the
<br />southerly line of Hydraulic Avenue and located westerly of the west
<br />line of the East Race, which said west Leg of the East Race
<br />is the Race located on the southeaterly and east sides of
<br />Hydraulic Avenue in Section 1 and in Section 12, Township 37
<br />north, Range 2 east in the city of South Bend, Indiana.
