William Street was awarded to B & J Demolition Company <br />on•its low bid of $600.00. <br />1217 E. Ironwood was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on its low bid of <br />$629.00. <br />621 S. Rush Street (accessory building): <br />O'Neal --Trucking Co. $ 75.00 <br />This being the only bid and appearing to be reasonable, it was moved, seconded <br />and carried that contract for demolition of the accessory building at 621 S. <br />Rush Street ::be awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on its bid of $75.00. <br />Request for sub -standard property owners to appear before the Board 7/27/70: <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request of <br />the Sub -Standards Director for the following persons to appear before the Board <br />on July 27, 1970, to show cause, if any they have, why the following properties <br />should not be demolished: <br />1501 S. Lebanon Street <br />1217 South Bend Avenue <br />1123 E. Donald Street <br />655-657 Lawndaie Ave. <br />3707 Belle Vista <br />625 N.-Eddy Street <br />1007 N.
