Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for <br />demolition of the: structure at 1110 N. Hill Street. <br />305 E. Wenger. Mr. Adamson reported notice to appear before the Board was <br />hand delivered to Alonzo Johnson on June 8, 1970, and that nothing further <br />has been hear from Mr. Johnson. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition <br />of the structure at 305 E. Wenger Street. <br />1237 Van Buren Street. Mr. Adamson reported this building open as of <br />Friday, June 12, 1970, and nothing further has been heard from the owners. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub -Standards <br />Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of the structures at <br />1237 Van';!Buren Street. <br />k32Q W ne;'Street.­-Mr. Adamson reported this building wide open, and that he <br />has been unable to locate the owner. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition <br />of the structure at 1320 Hine Street. <br />625 Columbia Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />this matter was continued indefinitely to permit the Sub -Standards <br />Department time in which to relocate the occupants of the building. <br />3707 Belle Vista. Mr. Adamson reported the house at this address has been <br />removed; the garage still stands; that the contractor employed by the owner <br />has not completed the job and that a dangerous hole remains which should be <br />filled. Mr. Adamson was requested to contact the Bonding Company in reference <br />to the situation. <br />132 E. Paris. Mr. Adamson reported the owner has "quitclaimed" this property <br />to the City. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Sub - <br />Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of the structure <br />at 132 E. Paris Street. <br />Demolition bids opened: <br />This being the date set, bids were opened for demolition of the following <br />premises. Non collusion affidavits were found to be proper. Wayne Street: <br />Midwest Demolition Company $434.0o <br />O'Neal: Trucking Co. 398.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 721 W. Wayne Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking <br />Company on its low bid of $398.00. <br />1022 S. Franklin Street: <br />Midwest Demolition Company $565.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 625.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 1022 S. Franklin Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition <br />Company on its low bid of $565.00 <br />1218 S. Carroll Street: <br />Midwest Demolition Company $716.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Company 598.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 1218 S. Carroll Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking <br />Company on its low bid of $598.00. <br />Request for owners of sub -standard property to appear before Board 6/29/70 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the <br />request of the Sub -Standards Director for the following persons to appear <br />
