Mr. Adamson reported Donald Clements, owner of this property, <br />is removing the garage structure. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the matter was continued indefinitely, and the Sub -Standards Director <br />was requested to keep the property under surveillance. <br />721 W. Wayne. Mr. Adamson reported a permit taken out by A & J Demolition <br />Company on April 28, 1970, for the demolition of this structure but that <br />nothing has been done. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the matter <br />was continued one week. <br />841-843-8432 S. Bendix and 844 S. Liberty. Attorney Edward Olczak appeared <br />before the Board and requested a further continuance. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and unanimously carried, the matter was continued one week on the <br />condition that $50.00 be deposited with the Clerk of the Board, within the <br />week, for the benefit of the low bidder to the City, on these two properties; <br />otherwise demolition contracts will be awarded by the City. <br />736 N. Frances. Mr. Adamson reported the condition here has not changed; that <br />sometimes the property is found closed and sometimes not. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the matter was continued one week and the Sub -Standards <br />Director was requested to have the owner of the property appear before the <br />Board. <br />Demolition bids opened: <br />This being the date set, bids for demolition of the following properties were <br />opened. Non collusion affidavits were found to be proper. The bids were as <br />follows: <br />1111 S. Lafayette: <br />B & J Demolition Co. $400.00 <br />O'Neal:Trucking Co. $485.00 <br />Midwest Demolition'Co. $513.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition of <br />the structure at 1111 S.
