5/18/70 <br />. : <br />found to be proper and the bids were as follows: <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $635.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $1,134.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. 625.00 <br />Bids were next opened for 844 S. Liberty Street. Non collusion affidavits <br />were found to be proper and the bids were as follows: <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $525.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $669.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $635.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the matters of 841-843- <br />8432 Bendix and 844 S. Liberty Street were continued one week for attorney <br />Olczak to determine whether the owner will demolish the structures or permit <br />the City to demolish them. <br />Open demolition bids: <br />This being the date set, bids were opened for demolition of the following <br />properties. Non collusion affidavits were -found to be proper. Bids were <br />as follows: <br />Q 510 E. Wenger. <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $532.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $749.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $600.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $610.00 <br />1 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for the demolition <br />of the structure at 510 E. Wenger Street was awarded to Midwest Demolition <br />Company on its low bid of $532.00. <br />1825 Benton Court. <br />B & J Demolition Co. $400.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $735.00 " <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $500.00 <br />Midwest bemolition Co. $329.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition of <br />the structure at 1825 Benton Court was awarded to Midwest Demolition Company <br />on its low bid of $329.00. <br />331 Kuntsman Court. <br />Midwest Demolition Co. <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. <br />$2,135.00 <br />975.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition of <br />the structure at 331 Kuntsman Court was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company on <br />its low bid of $975.00. <br />Request for sub -standard property owners to appear before Board 6/l/70 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board approved the re- <br />quest of the Sub -Standards Director to have the following sub -standard property <br />owners appear before the Board on June 1, 1970, to show cause, if any they have, <br />why the following properties should not be demolished: <br />711 <br />Cottage Grove Ave. <br />- Adam Urban <br />(deed) <br />c/o J. 0.
