Z <�',_ <br />�T <br />5/11/70 <br />841-843-8432 S. Bendix. Upon motion made, seconded.and unanimously carried, <br />the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of <br />the structure at 841-843-8432 S. Bendix. <br />844 S. Liberty Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for demolition of <br />the structure at 844 S. Liberty Street. <br />115 S. William Street. MO Adamson reported this structure has now been <br />repaired. <br />203 E. Pennsylvania Street. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried <br />this matter was continued four weeks. <br />331 Kuntsman Court. Neither the owner nor his attorney, Louis Anderson, <br />appeared before the Board. Uponrmotion made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the Sub -Standards Director was authorized to seek bids for the <br />demolition of the structure at 331 Kuntsman Court. Mr. Louis Anderson <br />appeared before the Board at 10;20 A.M. and was advised of the.action of <br />the Board and is agreeable to the demolition of the structure. <br />1726 S. Taylor. Mr. Adamson reported 'debris still in the yard at this <br />address. The condition of this property appearing to be more a matter for <br />the Health Department than the Sub -Standard Department, the matter was con- <br />tinued indefinitely with the request that the Sub -Standards Director keep <br />the property under surveillance. <br />316 Cushing. Mr. Adamson reported this building is being rehabilitated <br />and no further action is required. <br />Demolition bids opened; <br />This being the date set, bids for demolition of the following sub -standard <br />properties were opened. Non collusion affidavits were found to be proper <br />and the bids were as follows; <br />1016 W. Washington Street; <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $1,430.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $1 570.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $ 1,495.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 1016 W. Washington Street was awarded to Midwest <br />Demolition Company on its low bid of $1,430.00. <br />145 E. Paris Street; <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $ 565.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $1,100.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $ 689.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $ 717.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structure at 145 E. Paris Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking Company <br />on its low bid of $565.00. <br />147 E. Paris Street; <br />O'Neal. -:Trucking Company $ 565.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $1,200.00 <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $ 717.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $ 729.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, contract for demolition <br />of the structures at 147 E. Paris Street was awarded to O'Neal Trucking <br />Company on its low bid of $565.00. <br />1702 S. Walnut Street; <br />Bryant Excavating Co. $ 519.00 <br />B & J Demolition Co. $ 835.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking Co. $ 375.00 <br />Midwest Demolition Co. $ 529.00 <br />
