<br />ADOPTION OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3312, 1970 - PHILLIPA STREET - MIDWEST
<br />TURNKEY BUILDERS
<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following Resolution
<br />was adopted:
<br />"RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND; INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the
<br />following:
<br />Phillipa Street from the north line of Indiana
<br />Avenue extending north 106 feet to an unused 10
<br />foot alley, as.shown on the recorded plat of South. -
<br />Bend Industrial Addition.
<br />Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the
<br />Municipal City of South Bend_, Indiana, to construct and maintain any
<br />facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric,
<br />telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and,
<br />ditches, within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are re-
<br />leased by the individual utilities.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially
<br />affected by such vacation:
<br />Lots numbered 10 and 11 of South Bend Industrial Addition.
<br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the.8th day
<br />of May, 1970, and on the 15th day of May, 1970, in the South Bend
<br />Tribune and in the Tri County News.
<br />This Board, at its office, on the 18th day of May, 1970, at
<br />9:30 A.M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />interested in or affected by these pr6ceedings.
<br />Adopted this 4th day of May, 1970.

<br />Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the following Resolution
<br />was adopted:
<br />"RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the following:
<br />A 12 foot east -west alley, lying between Dubail Avenue
<br />on the north and Calvert Street on the south, and running
<br />east from the east line of Carlisle Street to the west
<br />line of the first north -south 14 foot alley, and also
<br />running from the west line of Warren Street west to the
<br />east line of the first north -south 14 foot alley.
<br />Reserving the rights and easements of all utilities and the
<br />Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any
<br />facilities, including, but not limited to, the following: electric, tele-
<br />phone, gas, water, sewer, surface water control structures and ditches,
<br />within the vacated right of way, unless such rights are released by
<br />the individual utilities.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially
<br />affected by such vacation:
<br />Lots 128, 129, 188 and 189 of Highland Park Addition.
<br />Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 8th day
<br />of May, 1970, and on the 15th day of May, 1970, in the South Bend Tribune
<br />and in the Tri County News.
