M 4/13/70 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED - WASHINGTO_N_ AVENUE SEWER Plans and specifications for the construction of a sanitary sewer in Washington Avenue, from Niles Avenue to the St. Joseph River, upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried were approved by the Board. May 4, 1970, was set as the time for receiving bids for such construction and the Clerk was directed to give notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News on April 17 and April 24, 1970. PETITION FILED TO VACATE ALLEYS IN LASALLE PARK AREA - DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT Department of Redevelopment, 1246 County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, files with the Board a petition to vacate portions of alleysi all within the recorded Third Plat of Summit Place Addition, a Subdivision in the north- west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 37 north, Range 2 east, as follows: 1.
