And the Clerk was <br />p,^ <br />directed to give notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri County News on April 10, April 17 and April-24, 1970. <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3294 - ALLEY <br />FROM.NOTRE DAME TO ST. PETER STREET <br />Plans and specifications approved by the Board on November 17, 1969, for <br />the improvement of the alley in the 200 block north of Notre Dame Avenue <br />from Notre Dame to St. Peter Street, by constructing a Class C, Type 1 <br />concrete pavement, upon motion made, seconded anc carried, were adopted <br />and ordered placed on file. April 20, 1970, at 9:30 A.M., was set as the <br />time for receiving bids for said improvement. And the Clerk was directed <br />to give notice by publication in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County <br />News on April 10 and April 17, 1970. <br />ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION - IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3297 - HAWTHORNE DRIVE <br />Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., having examined bids received on March <br />23, 1970, for the improvement of Hawthorne Drive, from McKinley to Colfax, <br />by Constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair, recommends that said <br />alley be paved with Class C, Type I concrete pavement, and upon motion made <br />seconded and carried; the Board approved said recommendation. <br />"IN -KIND" RENT VOUCHERS - ACTION, INC. <br />"In -kind" contribution vouchers covering rental value of Fire Station #5 <br />in the amount of $169.62 and Fire Station #7 in the amount of $200.00 for <br />the month of April, 1970, were ordered filed. <br />"IN KIND" RENT VOUCHERS - INDIANA CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCY <br />"In -kind" contribution vouchers by the Indiana Criminal Justice Agency, <br />Region One, 1427 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, for rent of <br />Rooms 1427 and 1429 County -City Building for the mon the of February and <br />March, 1970, in the amount of $150.00 per month were ordered filed. <br />COMMUNICATION FROM ARTHUR SHULTZ <br />A letter from Arthur Shults, 1703 N.
